Hi! I'm Tiffany Flomo. Most people call me Tiffany, some just Tiff, others call me Flomo. Take your pick on which you prefer, but I'm hoping you also call me your career coach. 

I partner with people to help them identify their passion, create a plan and FloForward into their dream career. 

So what does that actually look like? After working with me, my clients - who are typically job seekers, career climbers and career changers - go into interviews feeling more confident, jump on the fast track to promotion or transition into a career they love.
